He is aged about 64 years, has been associated with the Company since 1984 and before promoting as Executive Director he was holding position as Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Shoes Limited.
After graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree he went to abroad and obtained degree in footwear designing from renowned Institute ARS SITPROA.
He has a wide experience for more than 25 years with proficiency in footwear manufacturing as well as marketing.
He has been accredited with many prestigious awards and recently bestowed Haryana Rattan.

He has been associated with the Company in different capacity for last several year and having vast experience in the field of Human Resource Management and supervision of leather finishing unit. He has been contributing to operations of the Company with his vast experience

Sh. Anupam Bansal (DIN: 00137419), aged 52 years, has been serving as an Executive Director of the Company since 29th May, 2024. Prior to this appointment, he was leading the Company’s Retail Division, along with overseeing Marketing and Brand Management. Earlier, he held the position of Managing Director at M/s Liberty Retail Revolutions Limited (LRRL), a former wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. His association with Liberty Shoes Limited and LRRL dates back to 2004, reflecting a long-standing and deep involvement with the Liberty brand.
With more than 20 years of rich experience in the footwear industry, Sh. Bansal has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in driving retail growth. His strategic and contemporary approach to sales, marketing, and brand development has made a significant impact on the Company's progress and market positioning. He holds 4,92,885 equity shares in the Company and is part of its Promoter Group. He is also the immediate relative of Sh. Shammi Bansal, Executive Director of the Company.

He is a Law Graduate and has been spearheading the legal department for last several years. He possesses a vast wealth of knowledge and has a proven record of providing indispensable legal advice.

She has been working as Non-Executive Independent Director since 2021, providing invaluable insights and governance.
As a distinguished counselor based in Karnal, Haryana, her deep understanding of human behavior and psychology has enhanced the Company’s approach to employee well-being and stakeholder engagement.
She has written books and articles on various subjects in relation to Psychology, National and Spiritual aspects. Her research outcomes were published in national journals and presented at various conferences in India and overseas countries. Her research and thought leadership contribute to the Company’s innovation.
Throughout her career, she has been performing various social and welfare-related activities and won various awards from the Government of Haryana, like Brand Ambassador for “BetibachaoBetiPadhao”, “SarvDharmSammann”, “Rani Jhansi”, “Empowered Woman”, and “Best Social Worker”. All such awards reflect her alignment with our values of ethical conduct and social responsibility.

He is having 29 years of Industry experience sprawling in to Core manufacturing, Automobiles, Consumer Durables and Telecom sectors.
Being a successful entrepreneur, he is having vast experience, knowledge and administrative and manager.

He is presently in the business of capital Equipment’s like Transformers, HT breakers, Cables, DG sets etc. used for external electrification
He is associated with Shree Nursingsahay Mudungopal Engineers Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, a company established in 1949 and is part of a 140 year old Group.
He is having extensive knowledge and broader experience in Business development.

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jindal, graduate, aged 53 years, is an accomplished leader and a 3rd generation entrepreneur. He is a true visionary and a determined individual who has the foresight to lead Garment trims industry, steel, Polybutton manufacturing and luxurious furniture business.
